While a MasterMind Group is one of the best success tools available to people, it is also the most under-utilized. Why aren’t more people involved in MasterMind Groups?
When I talk to people about starting a MasterMind group, I ask them why they don’t have one and their answer more often than not is “I can’t find any people.” They are right. They have already qualified the person.
I think the biggest reason is they are afraid to ask people to be in a MasterMind with them. They are afraid of rejection, they are afraid of what the other person might think of them, they don’t feel worthy of the person they are asking. They spend more time thinking why a person would not want to MasterMind with them rather than figuring out all the reason why they should join them in a MasterMind.
Anyone who has ever been in sales understands my point. The mindset takes over and they think “I can avoid the rejection if I come up with their reason for not joining first.”
Do not let this type of thinking hinder you. Be bold! Take action!
